SERVICES

Everyone deserves a space where they can feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My services are designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, life transitions, women’s issues, identity, relationships, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of everyday life. test

My approach to therapy is relational, person-centered, and tailored to your unique experiences and needs. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, I may incorporate Brainspotting, the Gottman Method, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and strength-based practices.

My work is also grounded in culturally sensitive and multicultural perspectives, recognizing that your identity, background, relationships, and lived experiences all shape the way you move through the world.

Together, we’ll create space to better understand your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” who you are, it’s about feeling supported as you explore, heal, grow, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Service Rates - $150 for individuals; $200 for couples. Sliding scale is available.

Balls

Sports Performance

Growing up, I played softball. I understand what it's like to have pressure on the field. We put pressure on ourselves, and we feel it from coaches and our support system. Let's talk about grounding techniques and ways to connect with the game and have fun again. Also, what happens when you get injured? This huge feeling over fear is now overtaken in your body. Being trained in brainspotting, we can process that fear and pain in the body and get you ready to be back on the field!

Trauma & PTSD

I work with clients who may be struggling with people pleasing or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will discuss childhood and look at possible patterns, and collaborate to create a plan to get you to the person that you want to be!

Racial Identity

I am a proud Bi-racial woman. I tend to say that over being called a Black woman because unfortunately, I recognize I still have more privilege than they do. But that doesn't mean I do not have struggles of my own. Being mixed race, I feel like I can't fully connect or fit in. I always felt too white for some crowds and too black for others. Over the years, this has caused a divide in myself and led me to think that I do not fit anywhere. Then I realized, I was born to stand out and began to find belonging within myself. If this is something you have struggled with, let's talk about it!
